Sometimes it is difficult for Christians to realize that God really does have a better plan for our lives. Oftentimes the real source of our problems is that we are aiming our lives at the goal of being happy and successful according to the world's standard. God has different definitions of these concepts. It is very important to realize that God's plan may have a different goal for us.

Jeremiah 17:7-8
There is an eternal promise to people who put their trust and confidence in the Lord to lead them through problems. Leaning on our own understanding, using our emotions as a guide, trying to reason our way through problems does not come with a promise. Ultimately, all of our self-based solutions will fail. God has promised that when we trust in Him, rely upon Him, place all our hope on His Word-then we will be able to confidently withstand, endure, and
triumph through our problems.
